Turn to your Bundt pan for the answer to slippery cobs and bouncy corn: It’s the clean and easy way to remove kernels from an ear of corn.
1) Fit the tip of a shucked ear of corn into the hole in the center of a Bundt pan or angel food cake pan.
2) Firmly hold the ear near the top, and slide a sharp knife down the side to cut off the corn kernels.
3) Rotate the cob and repeat cutting, letting the cake pan neatly catch the kernels as they are removed.
